Reach Subsea scoops Allseas gig

Following a letter of intent in June, Reach Subsea has now been awarded a contract from Allseas for a project with estimated duration of four months.
Reach said on Friday that the contract will start in August. Duration of the firm scope of the contract is approximately four months including transit to Turkey.
Back in June, Reach expected a fleet expansion would be necessary to meet the requirements in the contract. The company now said the project will be executed from the multi-purpose offshore vessel Olympic Delta in close cooperation with its partner MMT Sweden.
Jostein Alendal, Reach CEO, says: “We are proud to have been awarded an important contract of complex character from a new client. The powerful combination of Reach Subsea’s ROV competence and MMT’s Survey competence has again been shown trust and we are looking forward to working closely together in delivering a solid performance for our client.”
